We offer two online programmes you can join at any time: Sober Sprint and Mindful Drinking. Please click on the links below to find out more. We also occasionally run other online courses, such as our special Christmas programmes in 2016 and 2017 – a tailored course to get some of our members through their first sober Christmas.
Sober Sprint (aka The MOB) – helping you take a Month Off Booze, with daily emails, articles, videos, tools, and tips.

Mindful Drinking (aka 8 Weeks to Change your Drinking) – learn more mindful drinking habits, to moderate or quit alcohol, with 56 daily emails.

Face to face workshops
In addition to our online programmes, we also organise face to face workshops and bootcamps. Some of these are for a specific goal (taking a month off alcohol, going alcohol-free), but most are suitable for most drinking-related goals – or even other behaviour change goals.

MOB Bootcamps – our special workshops, often ran during Sober October or Dry January, either for Club Soda members or at workplaces. We have no bootcamps in the diary at the moment, but please contact us (see email address below) if you would like us to organise something. All our courses and workshops are based on behaviour change science, and will provide you with the tools and techniques to make lasting changes to your drinking habits.
