Sober Sprint (aka The MOB) – helping you take a Month Off Booze, with daily emails, articles, videos, tools, and tips.
Mindful Drinking (aka 8 Weeks to Change your Drinking) – learn more mindful drinking habits, to moderate or quit alcohol, with 56 daily emails.
How to Change your Drinking workshop – change your relationship with alcohol, the Club Soda way.
MOB Bootcamps – our special workshops, often ran during Sober October or Dry January, either for Club Soda members or at workplaces.
In 2016 we also ran a special Sober Christmas Coaching Programme – a 5 week programme to get you through Christmas Sober. We may do something similar again!
